MCAT - Eligibility
The eligibility for MCAT is simple, if you are preparing to apply for health professional school, you could take the test. But at the time of applying you will have to mention the reason for applying to MCAT. You can register in any one of the following fields:
- Veterinary Medicine
If, however, you are not applying to a health professions school, or if you are a currently enrolled medical student, you will have to obtain "special permission" to register for the exam.
Circumstances in which you can seek "special permission" :
- You wish to take the test for any reason other than applying to a health professions school
- You are a currently enrolled medical student (other than MBBS degree program)
For seeking special permission, you can mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention the reason why you wish to take up the exam.
Frequency : Three times in one calendar year, but you may register for only one test at a time.
